DP VILLAGE was the $50m redevelopment of DINNER PLAIN VILLAGE in the highlands / ski fields of Mount Hotham Victoria. Freehold Lots and village centre re-development. Project components included commercial kitchen and restaurant fit out of Tsubo Japanese restaurant, construction management and procurement of “Under the Moonlight” Luxury ski Chalet and FF&E management and procurement as well as defect management of DP Central Onsen Spa.
