SALT is a $1 billion 73 Hectare master planned sea side residential and tourism village on the border of Northern New South Wales and Southern Queensland.
The development included two resort facilities, Outrigger and Peppers (approx. 900 rooms), the Golden Door Health Spa and 450 standard residential lots, the village centre comprised of retail outlets and restaurants for residents and tourists alike.
